When Dr. Shook recommends or orders laboratory testing for an existing consulting client as part of an active individualized consulting relationship, the testing may be ordered through Fullscript or another expressly identified laboratory platform and is governed by the client's signed Practice Better agreements, informed consents, service terms, and written follow-up instructions.
In that setting, Dr. Shook may review laboratory findings together with the client's history, symptoms, medications, diet, lifestyle, prior testing, and other relevant information as part of the agreed consulting service. The exact scope of review, follow-up, fees, and communication depends on the applicable agreement or service description.
Public or Standalone Laboratory Services
DrBradShook.com may also, when specifically offered, make certain laboratory tests available to individuals who are not active consulting clients. The exact scope of any standalone laboratory service is limited to what is expressly described at the time of purchase. A standalone laboratory purchase does not automatically include ongoing consulting, treatment planning, supplement recommendations, medication management, telephone or video consultation, or continuing follow-up.
If a written review or interpretation is included with a future standalone laboratory purchase, the applicable purchase terms will define what is included, how it is delivered, the communication method, expected timing, and when the service is considered complete.
