Do not submit sensitive health or financial information through ordinary website forms, social media, public comments, or ordinary email unless you have been specifically instructed that the method is appropriate for the information being sent.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use service providers to host the website, process forms, deliver communications, provide analytics, secure the site, process payments, manage client services, fulfill supplement orders, facilitate laboratory services, or support business operations.

Depending on the service you use, providers may include website hosting and analytics providers, Practice Better or another client-portal service, Fullscript, laboratories, laboratory-ordering or authorization providers when applicable, payment processors, communication platforms, form providers, scheduling systems, video or media platforms, and other technology or professional service providers.

For existing consulting clients, laboratory testing may be ordered by Dr. Shook through Fullscript or another applicable platform as part of the individualized consulting relationship. An outside authorization network is not necessarily involved in every client laboratory order. For a public or standalone laboratory service, Fullscript or another platform may use an Authorization Network or another ordering pathway when required or applicable.

These third parties may collect or process information under their own privacy policies, terms, professional obligations, and contractual arrangements. DrBradShook.com does not control all aspects of a third party's data practices.

The site may also link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

  • Complete a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

We do not sell text-message opt-in data or mobile consent information for third-party marketing.

Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business needs, or as required by law, professional obligations, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, security, or recordkeeping needs.

Retention periods may differ by data type and service. Website analytics may be retained for a different period than applications, communications, transaction records, consulting records, supplement recommendations, laboratory orders, laboratory reports, or other professional-service information. Third-party providers may maintain their own retention schedules for information held in their systems.

Privacy Questions or Requests

If you have a question about this Privacy Policy or want to make a privacy request concerning information controlled by DrBradShook.com or the practice, please use the current contact information provided through DrBradShook.com.

If your request concerns information maintained primarily by Practice Better, Fullscript, a laboratory, payment processor, or another third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy or support process because that provider may control or maintain information in its own system.
