Inflammatory foods, inadequate sleep, & environmental factors (chemicals in everyday products, ie soaps, cleaning products etc)…
Exercise has helped me immensely too – I’ve always hated it but it’s keeping the heart palpitations at bay so now I can’t do without it

Vitamin deficiencies (for hypothyroidism, low Vitamin D, Selenium, Zinc, Iodine); leaky gut; parasitic and bacterial infections in the digestive tract; chemical and metal toxicity? That’s more than 3, but that’s the information I have read about in two different books!

Please if you can suggest also my dr, just put me on high level of vit d for 12 weeks . I hope you have something I could do ty for being here. Your angel indisguise
gluten, too much thyroid meds which cause a break down of the cell which spill into the blood stream, and not eating regularly which causes our body to produce the stress hormone cortisol. Am I right???
Those are some good answers Lisa. Regarding the thyroid medication dose, what you see is typically that the person will have too much thyroid hormone resulting in down regulation or decreased sensitivity of there thyroid receptors to thyroid hormone. This decrease sensitivity to the hormone results in hypothyroid symptoms even though medication levels are high.
I am going to guess environmental toxins, stress and foods that trigger intestinal permeability.
Genetics?
Viral/bacterial pathogens, inflammation, chemical/environmental toxicity
