What are your thoughts on LDN

  20. Brein Huffman Reply

I’ve been AIP for about 3 months (about 90% of the time) and through research started supplementing with suggestions from my integrative doc. 32.5 g Nature Throid, Adrenal support, stress support supplement, L-Glutamine and alpha lipoic acid and magnesium at night to help with sleep. Also a compounded progesterone. I’m still struggling with exhaustion and major sleep issues. Seems to have gotten worse when winter hit. I wish you were closer to me. 🙁
