    I can’t drink the BCAAs with just water. 🙁 I have to put them in my protein shake after my workout.

        Fmxcoach Jo yeah I have tried it with 32 oz of water too. The taste just gets to me. I will try the adding ice approach.

        Mindy Kuehl Woydziak you might like mixing it with the Seeking Health Optimal Electrolytes Orange, which tastes really good. That too I have to mix with at least 16oz of water because it was too sweet for me. It will probably cover up the tase of the BCAA. Good luck.

        Mindy Kuehl Woydziak I tried mixing the BCAA powder with the orange electrolytes in 33oz of water today during my workout and it totally hid the taste. You need to try it!

    I always preferred to workout in the morning previously, but now I’m finding that I perform best in the late afternoon around 4pm due to having a good part of my nutrition in. I have been using the Pure Paleo Protein pre and post workout, Pre Train, as well as the BCCA powder, L-Glutamine powder, creatine powder, as well as the Seeking Health Optimal Electrolytes. They all are working really well for me.

    It is the one you recommend that is Orange Flavor. I can only put in like a 1/4 of a scoop of the BCAAs. LOL! I figured it’s better than nothing.

      Mindy Kuehl Woydziak I had issues with it at first because I only mixed it with 16oz of water at first. Then I realized that Dr. Shook suggested to use 32oz of water in the sample meals. More water made a huge difference for me and I drink it during my workout more easily now.

    Potassium supplement recommendation? I have POTS; I think its related to less than perfect adrenal hormone function. I drink electrolyte drinks with both Na and K but would like to get more potassium in. I try to eat more salads but hard to keep up on it all the time.
