Your program has finally gotten my hormones under control…I say this because my 3rd month in my period was finally normal without the debilitating pain from cramps. Hopefully next one will be the same. Even added a few days to my cycle from 24 to 27! It’s so good to finally find something that works. I’ll be sharing this info with my PCP at my next appointment too.

Good morning Dr Shook. What dictates a person having Hashis? Just had my tests done again and my antibodies are at 226. T3 Free is at 5.2. TSH is at 2.05. T4 Free is at 1.1 I been on NT 90mg. Says I’m now getting too much T3 and wants to go to tirosent only. Says I’m converting fine would you agree based off those numbers? With antibodies high does that confirm being hypo and Hashis? Thanks!

I was really sad that my AIC did not improve significantly after the last 6 months of eating a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting!
Any other ideas to improve insulin sensitivity?

Have hashimotos, type 2 diabetes on insulin, a lot of pain and inflammation, have been given steroids, have gut problems, fatty liver and arthritis. I am a mess, on 100 mg thyroxine and still have many symtoms of hypothyroid, just getting worse very depressing. Currently have Gp, endocrinologist, rheumatologist and liver specialist, nothing has helped or changed anything I just keep getting worse terrible fatigue, I’ve lost hope!
