I broke out is psoriasis, extreme fatigue, arthritis, period just stopped cold, pain on left side….no Doctor seems to know whats wrong….my biggest complaint is fatigue, I’m so tired I can’t function. I have a fatty liver & my age us 49. I love your videos!!!!!!
P.s. the part I left out is I had crazy heavy periods for two years, like so heavy it was unbelievable, pain on my left side for like two days out if the month. ..so bad that would make me double over in pain. Then all this other stuff happened and my period just completely stopped. I’m just at a loss…..your videos hit on everything I wish I had answers for.

Anytime that you’re trying to dance and an autoimmune process like you MS you have to control blood sugar. When insulin increases it promotes interleukin-6. Interleukin-6 is an inflammatory cytokine that could promote autoimmunity.
