    This has help me tremendously! I avoided Diabetes know this, Think it depend on you body which organ is effected My GI tract was food sensitive that was ignored by my DR. exhaustion and allergies, psoriasis, worsened, gain 20 lbs. I could not get ride of had a severe attach of Angina, actually felt a shift in my stomach and pelvic area, still ignored by my Dr. while he was giving me meds to for the UTI without addressing the source of it, I believe was intestinal after a month he gave me a stronger antibiotic, and I noticed a big difference in my body and intestines. I seem to be getting back on tract. I intend to keep correcting my diet and exercising (walking). I have other issues. but this one thing changed my life. Thank you Dr. Shook for explaining this.

    If it was earlier they’d do surgery. Everytime I ate I was choking and vomiting. I thought I had something sick. They put me on high doses of prilosec, but I still have issues with spices.
    I also have issues with hyperglycemia depending on what I eat. Trying to eat well.

    I have just finished your 2nd video. And I was already upset at the Medical Profession after the 1st one. I take Levothyroxine and have all these symptoms you have mentioned. No one mentioned a “gut test”.
