Do you have a question about your thyroid or autoimmunity?

Join me for question and answer.

Did you know I’m having a workshop this Sunday October 14th at 6:30 p.m. eastern time?

This is not a lecture, it’s a workshop where you actually complete forms prior to the presentation that we’re going to go through to help you figure out some of the problems that are causing your symptoms and autoimmunity.

You can join me for the live presentation by joining our lives stream Facebook group here https://www.facebook.com/groups/442794832850435/

You can download the workshop forms once you’re inside the group.

If you would like my help just go to new.thyroidconsult.com to learn about working with from any location in the world.

I work with people across the country and in other countries to investigate there thyroid and autoimmune conditions by digging deep into their health history and by ordering Advanced diagnostic test to uncover root causes.

I’m on the vegan AIP diet for about a month. Having almond milk, rice cakes and basmati rice and some spices. Is it ok? There’s hardly anything I can eat. I’m still not feeling good at all. Dizziness, brain fog, insomnia and fatigue is crazy.

Hi! I have Hashimoto’s and I’ve had swollen lymph nodes for about 8mth now, my ENT sent me for biopsy it came back benign but I go back to him on the 18th to get the full details. They swell and hurt then go down a little but are still there. My RNP antibodies were a 1.1 and ANA was positive and my endo said it’s not of significance. I need help!

  6. Gwendolyn DiStefano Reply

I took a test that was positive for H.Pylori. Doctor wants to do Colonoscopy and Endoscopy to confirm before treatment.

    • Tilly Mint Reply

gwendolyn, in uk they usually find the h.pylori with the camera, then treat, strange hes found it already and wanting cameras, when he knows its there now, why not just treat it?

    • The Office of Dr. Brad Shook Reply

It is absolutely a pathogen that will activate the immune system. It has to be addressed if you are autoimmune.

My thyroid meds. Has changed 3 times in 3 months. My meds have changed from 200 down to 137 and I feel terrible. My thyroid burned out 10 yrs. Ago

  15. Vanessa Naidoo Reply

This is all so complicated and confusing. I just want to feel better and be normal again. I’m tired of this zero lifestyle.

  16. Donna Howard Reply

So what do you do if you are anemic?

  17. Svetlana Novikova Reply

makes sense, my ferritin has been under 20 for years, was 6 a couple of months ago, I though I was going to die (couldn’t breath, anxiety through the roof), now it’s 21, feeling a bit better. But my antibodies are in 1000s, and I have low energy, anxiety.

  34. Tracy Laws Reply

I completely agree with you. Listening to you, I’ve had a new outlook on doctors. I believe they are beaten down, and a shell of who they were when they first got in …. I never give bad reviews, I just leave that clinic and I don’t come back 🙂

  35. Sharon Reynolds-Stokes Reply

So what can we do to get the right tests, I pretty much gave up on getting better

Hi Margaret. I know, adjusting the meds alone doesn’t work for a lot of people. Good job on being your own advocate. I hope this was helpful.
