LOVE that you don’t push supplements long term. Other than magnesium, I give most of them a wide berth for weeks at a time.

As a member of the Transformation Community, I highly recommend it!!!! If you are serious about getting healthy at an affordable cost….then you need to do this for yourself. Dr. Shook is so amazing and so genuine! What a blessing he is in my life!

I’ve signed up for the programme Doc, although I have Graves and now have no thyroid. I’m very healthy these days on Nature-Throid but it took a long time to get here. I want to regroup my knowledge from your programme and pass it on.

Are you working in cloning yourself yet? If we could just have like 4 more if you spread out in the country ..

  11. Lorraine Cleaver Reply

Well, I say I have Graves. No antibodies were tested before the thryoid was removed. When I tested years later, zero antibodies!

Please send your knowledge to UK especially peadriatric care.
Thank you for your help 🙂

Did you know Doc that NICE in the UK is about to write Thyroid Disease guidelines? I attended the first meeting two weeks ago and was cheered that they use evidence from all over the world so lots of the great USA research will be included. If you could share any research gems, I would love to pass it on.

I have hashimotos. Lately have been having panic attacks week.y

  15. Brandy Brennan Reply

Weekly .. is that related ?

  16. Michelle Klacza Reply

I had my thyroid removed 10 years ago due to graves. Is graces and hashis related?

  17. Lorraine Cleaver Reply

Oh I hear ya! The guidelines have the potential to be pretty bad, but cannot possibly be worse than the current bad science UK docs follow so I have to push them to actual tight evidence. For example guidelines for the use of thyroid function tests are based on generally poor quality evidence from the now defunct American Assoc of clinical biochemists. They’re very out of date too. A fresh look at these would really help, especially as in the UK T3 is rarely tested.

  18. Michelle Klacza Reply

Ever since my removal it’s been downhill. Hormones, adrenals, can not gain weight..

  19. Brandy Brennan Reply
