What about those who dose them selves with iodine on the skin daily? I have a friend who applies it to her for arm every day

I’ve done a little bit of research on transdermal and what I understand a lot of the iodine tends to evaporate, so it’s not absorbed. My rule of thumb is don’t put it on your skin if you wouldn’t eat it.

My boyfriend and I use the infrared sauna once a week. We usually go in at 160 degrees. I heard you say you’re using it at 133 degrees. As someone with Hashimoto’s, do you recommend I go in at a lower heat? I’m 30, brought my antibodies down from 600 to 97 within a year and am feeling better than I did in my twenties. Large part of my healing is thanks to your sage advice!

Thank you for this video! Question about saunas…I have been looking into purchasing an infrared sauna but I am concerned about EMF. Most infrared saunas say no EMF, but when tested independently, levels are way above 3mG. Read that the sauna industry is not regulated. Can you recommend a truly reliable brand? What do you use?
