    I purchased a bike was doing 5 miles a day next day feel wiped out. Seems like any exercise I do it takes my body forever to recover

      Hi Rachael! Symptoms of prolonged fatigue after exercise can be cause for several reasons, so I can’t say for sure why you felt the way you did, but I commonly ask my clients to try and find their limit of tolerable exercise where when they have finished the session, feel more energized. If you are very fatigued afterward, and have a hard time recovering it is a sign you are over training, but again, many other things need to be assessed to better determine why you are so fatigued. Thyroid, anemia, blood sugar, electrolytes, are just a few of the possible reasons. Hope this helps.

    I downloaded the app, but I can’t log in yet using the same email and password that I signed up with. Is this expected right now?

      Yeah, you should be able to log in, but for some reason, there was not an account created for you within the app.
