Son was diagnosed gluten intolerant because he was off gluten 3 months before the celiac test;which in turn came back normal. So we did the symptom elimination and when he consumed gluten his symptoms came back. So was told not to eat gluten all together.

    • Brad Shook Reply

Hi Wendy, if you are trying to access the consultation or antibody lab testing they are no longer offered. We had so many requests that offering those services became impossible to keep up with. The other links should work though. Were you trying to access something else?

They shortened the wheat stalk, genetically, thereby making it stand up and be harvested . If it were not altered the long naturally occurring stalk layed down when the machine harvesting was done. The shortened stalk , which altered the gluten quantity ( x potentially) was inconsequential to the producers. They changed the product. It is not the same, but they sold it to the market as the same, and made a lot of money. There is no going back, seeds are patented, and we are all screwed.

I had an endocrinologist flat out tell me that gluten has nothing to do with the thyroid. After I asked her about articles, and testimonials I had read about people having positive results from removing gluten. After watching another video of yours I see that gluten absolutely can affect the thyroid, even if not directly. I have really lost a lot of faith in endocrinologists over the years. They all tell you to take your synthroid and you will be fine. I have hashimotos.. Synthroid is simply a bandaid.
