appreciate all the videos, looking for help with supplements had my TPO and TSH down then took a supplement w/ small amt of Iodine and both went up dramaticly. Added ashwaganda which is supposed to be good and they went up again. Nightshades are obviously a problem. Cayenne is supposedly good for circulation but is also a night shade so want to but will not take it. Have stopped both but am constantly tweaking supplements never sure when to start one and when to stop. Gut is supposedly healed so want to move to detoxing organs -not sure of direction. Since getting Drs to test things is so difficult and it can be hard to tell physically how do we know when to alter supplements to optimize them and avoid the mistakes I made above. Thanks for the chat the other day-spoke to Dr about estrogen and adrenals he doesn’t think they are a problem, I will be checking your adrenals video- Thanks

I’m from Somerset NJ have hypothyroid and my stomach blows up to where I look 10 months pregnant. Well I’ve given up any hope to heL this condition I’ve been to 4 gastronomical Drs and several tests done over a course of 5 years. I have just had my second visit to a infectious disease dr who let me know they can’t help me they have no idea what’s wrong or causes this condition. Well I left crying again due to not having a solution. It’s not triggered by a certain food I did all the diets logged my eating habit (which I burned in the fire place) because it all turned out to a BIG WASTE OF TIME. I still have the condition and I don’t know where to turn to next??? I have a pile of tests results that may go in the fire next. It’s causing me to become very depressed and sheltered. They have changed my meds only to gain 20 more lbs. I’m really giving up all hope. Please help me someone please.
