Thank you too for the video on morning nausea! I tried eating protein before bed last night because my sugars have been backwards. High in the morning (135) before breakfast and low at night (103) before bed. I ate only protein/fat for breakfast to keep insulin low. I ate some chicken and avacado before bed, but my sugar was still 136 when I woke up. If blood sugar is accounted for by eating protein, then is low blood pressure while I’m sleeping likely to blame? Or does it take a couple of days of doing this before seeing a difference?
