How do you feel about saliva cortisol testing?
Highland a, I like it but I primarily use urinary testing. With urinary testing you can check the estrogen metabolites and I very frequently get cortisol + hormones so that I can see how cortisol is influencing sex hormone production and I can measure these estrogen metabolites that can be very dangerous.
