How often should we get ultrasounds? I had one within a year. I did not have any nodules previously. My PCP didn’t think that it was necessary to do it again so soon. Should it be done once a year?

    • Angela M. Gulotta-Velez Reply

Jo-Ann Gulotta Inguanta my endocrinologist does it once a year. I already have mine set up for 2020

      • Jo-Ann Marie

Angela M. Gulotta-Velez did you have nodules previously?

      • Angela M. Gulotta-Velez

Jo-Ann Gulotta Inguanta yes originally my PCP did sonogram and saw them and that’s how I started with endocrinologist

      • Jo-Ann Marie

Angela M. Gulotta-Velez glad that your Endo is staying on top of it.
