I have Graves Disease, back late last year my meds were increase to 250mg. After some time and headaches. I dropped to 200mg. Then this past August, after an ER visit for neck swelling. My meds were reduces to 150mg. I now have heart flutters. Can or will this stop or is it hard to tell?
Hi, Jo. It is very hard to tell if or when it will stop. Keep in mind that you have an autoimmune condition. You may want to watch this video, it should help you: https://business.facebook.com/drbradshook/videos/1783163381922743/
Thanks, I will.
Also, have you known of people having disc problems? I never hurt my back, then after my second radiation treatment, is when it started. To the point now, I can’t walk more than 50 feet, sit in one spot for more than 20 min. In one spot, can’t lay on left side is the worst. I had a spinal injection last, it only eased some pain for about 3 days, but then made my hips hurt really bad. I know some bone loss is expected with my age of 60. But, I’ve never had any back problems. Physical therapy only works for time in office, then stiffness & pain returns. It’s between l4-l5 bad, l5-l6 minor. It’s really bad!!! I’m tired of hurting.
I have Hashimoto with nodules which reduced in size at last ultrasound two years ago. Should I ask for another ultrasound or it it ok to just assume they are still smaller
Hi, Gay. I recommend regular evaluations to monitor change. In my opinion, it is reasonable to get another ultrasound. Hope this helps!
Do you recommend adrenal gland test? I have Hashimoto, Sjogren’s, & fibro
Hi Gay. Maybe, but not always. I would be more concerned with potential factors driving autoimmunity (foods, infections and environmental chemicals).
What if you do not have a large intestine
