    a perfect storm (chronic stress, trauma and grief) set off hashimoto’s for me. I’m not absorbing nutrients though eating healthy, AIP. Been gluten & dairy-free for almost a year and followed with eliminating sugar, soy, corn & msg. Can’t afford to lost more weight.

    Too much t3, estrogen dominant and DHEA deplete. I saw your video regarding the t3 being due to inflammation. I’ve had arthritis in the hip since age 14 (now 57). Since prescribed an antibiotic, I now have Hashi and I believe blood sugar issues. Struggle with Candida, insomnia, and a myriad of food allergies.

    If I have to take cortisone for cortisone that is low because of pituatory brain tumor, and I also have high amonia levels with a fatty liver. I need to lose weight but taking prednisone makes it hard. I also think prednisone causes more problems with liver. How do I lose weight?
