How estrogen can disrupt thyroid chemistry…

How estrogen can disrupt thyroid chemistry…

After an appointment with one of my clients today I had to share this becasue it’s such a huge problem.

Here is a little of what’s covered…
– Discussion of her case
– The thyroid markers I use to check for this problem
– Concepts on how to support and improve the issues

As a bonus, I discuss estrogen metabolism and some of the dangers of hormone replacement that most people (including many doctors) aren’t aware of, plus…
– How we test for poor estrogen metabolism/dangerous estrogens
– How we support better estrogen metabolism with diet, lifestyle, and supplementation

Hope this helps!

If you’re interested in the guidebook that lists the thyroid laboratory markers I discuss, plus goes into greater detail on how estrogen (and even testosterone) can breakdown thyroid function, you can learn more here: 9thyroidtests.com
