I love cooked cruciferous veggies, sometimes I blanch kale, Brussels sprouts, chard and other hardy veggies to release the goitrogens into the blanch water. Or I steam the veggies and add spices/butter/coconut oil on my own plate

If you are diagnosed with breast cancer and have estrogen dominance are there other ways to inhibit or lower your estrogen dominance besides the prescription route?

    • The Office of Dr. Brad Shook Reply

Hi Kristal. You can watch the videos that I’ve shared explaining mechanisms to improve estrogen metabolism but If you’re diagnosed with breast cancer you have to talk to your oncologist and treating physician to make sure that anything you do does not disrupt the treatment that you’re receiving.
