Charlsie Sparks you can treat the highs at night with things like seriphos or holy basil.

Omg I am only 40 years old I have been experiencing very very bad memory issues for 10 years. I’ve been thinking I had anything and everything from brain tumors to hormone loss. I was recently diagnosed with insulin resistance. I am ALSO perimenopause and have very low estrogen. I would have NEVER thought my memory issues were related!! I have just started a diet that counts macros, rotates carbs and intermittent fasting. I pray it helps. I have no idea where to start
