Thank you for these videos. I had a thyroidectomy Jan 2017 was put on synthroid and for the last two years have felt terrible. After watching several of your videos I decided to get a second opinion as the Dr I had was not a very thorough one. New Dr. added liothyronine (5mcg) and the fatigue is going away, my weight is slowly coming down. On the road to recovery-
Cheryl, that’s great! Way to be your own advocate!
The Office of Dr. Brad Shook it’s been a lot easier understanding what is going on watching your videos. Again thanks 🙂
my 33 y.o. daughter finally got her thyroid THOROUGHLY checked out. TSH was fine, but by her dr feeling her neck, the dr was super concerned, and she set her up for an ultrasound on her thyroid. (mom (me) was right. My daughter has a big nodule of her thyroid lobes. My daughter is rarely feeling well, tired and fatigued alot every day, moody, very thin hair, can’t lose weight. Dr referred her to an ENT thyroid specialist and she’ll be seeing the ENT that i see. Finally she’s on the road to feeling better. (at least better than what she is now)
Christine, great job!
This video is amazing it is describing exactly the problems I am having. I have Hashimoto’s also., if I don’t eat enough or drink enough I crashed badly takes me days to get well again I also become depressed when I don’t eat well and it affects my ability to function at work I do need to make an appointment with Dr. Shook is soon as I am in a position to do so he really understands.
I am currently observing the video on how to improve thyroid function w/o relying on only TSH so i know I have a terrible problem with inflammation. Whats the best, natural way to overcome such inflammation?
