Are supplements that are GMP certified safe?
How do we find out if our vitamins are impure? Is there some kind of test?
I get migraine, acne and insomnia from folate. But I need folate for my high homocysteine. I have tried multi b’s, and several different versions of folate. Even a small amount in a multi vitamin keeps me awake for days. Any idea why?
