I believed and implemented everything I researched and studied and 4 months after diagnosis, I no longer suffer from any symptoms of Hashi/Hypothyroidism. Psoriasis, achey joints, hair loss, heart palps, PCOS, fatigue, brain fog, depression, dry skin – Gone! I’m confident my antibodies are much lower now too. Thank you for being such an inspiration and contributing so much time to helping others. Big love!
