I remember using keto sticks is that also what you have used?
You could use the urine test strips but there is some debate as to the accuracy. I think they will work though, and they are more cost effective.

Does eating more protein gets you in ketosis.
It can help, but it also increases blood sugar a little. Keto is approximately 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs.

Hi, how often should I measure it and which time. I red about and they recommend to measurement after wake up…?! Is that right and how often should I do this?
