I’m watching your videos now to try & learn. Just found out I have reactive hypoglycaemia so I’m not sure about the diet. Don’t know what to do really. I have a cushings test next week, where I take Dex steroid on a one off & then an ultrasound of my ovaries to see if there’s pcos but there wasn’t before… they said my ovaries looked perfect.
My DHEAS is high, on day 3 of my period my LH was lower than my FSH & apparently that’s the wrong way around?
Any advice would be great 🙂
TSH still 13 🙁 after 4 years now.
