    I asked my Endocrinologist why she didn’t test me for or mention HASHIMOTO’s disease to me she said I assume you have but there’s nothing she can do about it so she didn’t bother to mention it to me .

    I have had so many docs say poor sleep is a major problem. I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea but cannot successfully get to sleep, stay asleep or keep a CPAP on. I have Hashimotos, Polycythemia and sever PCOS.

    Ok…this is crazy Hashimotos diabetic… obviously no cereal or fruits at bedtime…BUT….if I intermittent fast sugars are high.
    If I eat banana and cereal before bed my sugars are better
