There is now a larger body of evidence on the benefits of spinal manipulation than almost any other therapy for back pain. New research just published 12/24/2010 in “Spinal Cord” continues to show spinal manipulation for back pain of nociceptive (sprains, inflammation, muscle pain) and neuropathic (mainly nerve compression from spinal discs, enlarged spinal ligaments, and arthritic nerve compression) origin can benefit.1
