    I have a question about a gluten free diet. I went gluten, dairy, and soy free for 9 months due to having Hashimoto’s and all the information I read about the effects it can have. When I went on this diet I ended up with severe brain fog, muscle fatigue and muscle pain. I started to supplement with a vegan, gluten free iron complex (iorn, vitamin c, vitamin b6 and 12, and folic acid) thinking I was deficient from no longer getting these minerals and vitmans from the grains. This did not fully help out. Is going gluten free the way to go for anyone with an autoimmune disease, or is it like other diets, that each person should do what works best for them? Everything I read and see states I should be going gluten free, but it made me feel terrible the entire 9 months. What gives?

    Following. I was just reading that the best lifestyle meals would be Paleo, or Atkins, or Gluten free.
