I’ve been tested for celiac too and it was neg. Been on thyroid meds for 9 yrs and highest dose was just 137. Recently I switched to armour…I’m hoping it makes a difference. I have very low energy also. That’s my biggest complaint

Hi Jen. You could be gluten sensitive and not have Celiac Disease. There is one lab that does world class testing for celiac, and that is Cyrex Laboratories. If you really want to know if you are sensitive to gluten, get Array #3. It is standard practice in my office to consider this test. Hope this helps.

I do take supplements; Vitamin B Complex, B-12 (1000), multi vitamin, D-3 (5000 units), omega 3, and a probiotic daily. Blood tests have shown I need the D-3 and omega 3. I also drink green tea occasionally sweetened with honey and attempt to eat gluten free, and can tell when I don’t. I would like a list of these supplements to avoid please. Thank you.

I take pure bio products and I don’t think there is anything added at all to them.
