A side note, I’ve been posting a lot of information on taking vitamin D for better health and prevention. There are two conditions were vitamin D levels can become excessively high. In Scaroidosis and tuberculosis a high intake of vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia, or high calcium in the blood. If you have one of these conditions you need to be managed by a physician, and have your blood levels checked more frequently. Everyone should have their blood vitamin D levels checked before beginning D supplementation, and then again in a few months.
