Why can a person have a blood draw at two different time spans in a few weeks and one can show Thyroid levels high or way low and the next one show within range?

Thanks for sharing this info! I have always enjoyed exercise but always have a few days after that I’m totally exhausted. I started an exercise regime with me oldest son this past month and it takes me a few days to recover. It is so frustrating.

Is that amount of protein a daily thing, or just the days you exercise?

Thank you Dr. Shook, I have been doing 30 to 60 minutes of low intensity weights , and 2 and a half hours walking, 5 days a week, for almost 2 years, I love it and always feel better after, but still haven’t seen any results from it. I wonder if I should do more weights? I’d hate to slow down my walking cause I love it so much.

I can get to sleep but toss and turn all night although don’t stay awake. I go from being too warm and then too cold. I am hypo, menopausal and think the menopause certainly makes thinks a little tricker. I also have hashimotos. My diet is good, I weight train and also walk. Apart from disturbed sleep I feel quite well and so much better exercising than not. I am also in good shape so no weight issues.
