I turned on the red light LEDs in the sauna, that’s why I’m glowing red. I use different colors depending on how I feel. There are numerous resources that you can google if you are interested in chromotherapy, or “light therapy.” If you are interested in learning more about it, “google” it. I like searching PubMed, and this is a great paper you can read on it, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1297510/. Have a great day!

I have Hashi’s and Fibromyalgia. That’s all as far as I know right now. But I do have leaky gut and leaky brain. I’m not sure if you are aware of that. I’ve had one mini stroke that’s been confirmed and I go tomorrow for another mri to see if I’ve had another. But everything you refer to hits home. High and low sugar, high cholesterol, memory issues, fatigue, sleeping alot, then mostly no sleep, etc.
