So is this inflammation your talking about anywhere in the body or somewhere specific? A few days ago I was diagnosed with epiploic appendagitis.

All inflammation will be systemic. If you sprained your ankle break your leg or if you have something like a cold the inflammation produced from those acute or short-term events are going to circulate through the entire body. Have you ever wondered why when you get sick you feel so bad? That is because of the inflammation produced, it causes you to feel terrible. Hope this helps.

Hi Deb, it’s very difficult for me to answer we literally have hundreds of questions, comments emails and all kinds of requests. I wish that I could spend my time answering every individual persons questions but it’s very difficult and at this point it’s impossible. What I’m trying to do it just teaches much as possible and I have a few minutes like I do right now then I’ll try to give you guys some feedback. The best I can do is to try and create information and content and videos that help you guys be your own Advocate and take your health back.

What can you do besides diet and supplementation to correct/improve 7/9/16.

Hi Don, making sure that you get enough sleep that you exercise gently if possible and that you address emotional stress and the mental component to autoimmune conditions and inflammation. Hope this helps.
