I dont sweat. Is that normal?
That doesn’t sound normal. Sweating is the body’s way of cooling from my understanding. I wonder if it has anything to do with the adrenals? I hope you get an answer!

Why is it soo hard .no matter how much you exerscise.and eat healthy.
I spin 5 days a week weight train and eat healthy .so why do I still have to struggle to slim.
How do I kick start my metabolism and let it know I need energy? Also thanks for all your help
