     My son is taking the chewable D-Hist Jr. that also has vitamin C and Bromelain in it and works very well. The rest of my family and I love the Quercetin & Nettles by Designs for Health. AWESOME stuff!

       Before I bought the D-Hist Jr. I gave my son one capsule of the Quercetin & Nettles opened and mixed in with applesauce or nut butter.

       What if you are sensitive to pineapple? Very high in bromelain. Is it safe to take the quercetin with bromelain?

       Susan that’s a great question. Last week I ran out of my Quercetin and Nettles and had to take my son’s D-Hist Jr. for 2 days. I am sensitive to pineapple and did have an eczema flare on my hands. I was thinking it was goat cheese I ate, but now I am thinking it might have been the pineapple. Hmmm

   Would this help someone that has become allergic to Benadryl, Claritin and Allegra? I’m afraid to try anything new and my allergist doesn’t seem to be helping so far.
