Hello, I do try to go to bed at the same time each day and wake at the same time. My pretty is waking through out the night. I sometimes don’t feel well and ache all over. What could the reason for that be? I usually feel okay when I wake up.

Should we take the antibody tests?
I think it would be great if everyone could be tested, but I don’t think that is possible at this time. The idea of “pooled” testing has been proposed, and is also a good idea to help us better determine who has antibodies.

Hello I am going to be doing the AIP diet next week, is there anything that can help me starting this protocol??? I had thyroid cancer and am on nature thyroid now.
Hi Shannon, there are a lot of great resources online. Foods to eat and avoid lists, cookbooks, videos and blogs. If you don’t already have a plan, you may want to consider the dietary and lifestyle plan we created to support people with thyroid and autoimmune conditions.
