      Tina, sorry to hear they have hashimoto’s. I disagree with the doctor, it is a problem, and there are things you can do to help. Dietary changes are the best place to start.

    If I would have followed what Endocrinologist said… She would have taken me off of Armor which was working and placed me on a genetic synthetic RX and immediately taken me off of my HRT. Crazy… I refused…. I found out through labs I am sensitive to egg whites and pineapple… both of which I had frequently…. boom! Eliminate! 7/8hrs sleep and moderate exercise 4/5days wkly. Feel much better..
