Now I’m 156 pounds and my life is amazing still have flare ups every now and then but I learned to adapt but my biggest was gluten and lots processed foods but I take my D3 and synthetic thyroid meds and finally 175 mcg has made me feel good so never give up telling your dr how your meds make you feel because only you know how YOUR body feels. Praying everyone can get the relief they deserve
