    I have no thyroid, take armour 2x a day 90mg each and have low ferritin. No energy fatigue and digestive issues. My dr says im not anemic. I have no white moons on my nails either.     I’m 25. Didn’t have a regular cycle at 19 and was told I had PCOS at 19. Had elevated testosterone but no insulin problems supposedly. I was put on birth control to start having a cycle. Was also put on metformin but stopped after a year because I didn’t understand why I needed it. Been on bc ever since until I decided to stop taking it all together last month do to what you’ve had to say about it and the thyroid because now my thyroid is enlarged and was told I have low T3. Having thinning hair and extremely tired

    My daughter had PCOS
