    I’m extremely dizzy and I can’t keep my eyes open. Problem sleeping and very tired. Took eltroxin for a month and stopped, and euthyroid for 10 days, stopped cos the hot flushes and palpitations are hectic.

    Thank you. Yes, what you said to me about fatigue, does help. I am meeting an Endocrinologist for the 1st time soon. My PCP & Rheumatologist hasn’t helped much. I will focus more on diet, lifestyle, & start the breathing technique you mentioned. Right now! 😀 Thx, again.

    Mayo Clinic did an extensive Gene Study on Me for my Narcolepsy…… It Was very interesting. Many of them are not working at all… Some pairs are half strength. Problem is …. Now I have his info, but the doctors in Green Bay Wi have NO idea what to do with it.

    You refer to the thyroid often and so many people have thyroid issues. How can we safely supplement with iodine. I know how important it is and would like to feed my hypothyroid but also have hashimoto.
