I also take 50 000 ug calciferal twice a week and ferrimed.
Do I need to excercise caution using supplemental iron when hemolytic ecoli is present in larger than normal amounts in a stool test but but is not yet pathogenic? I don’t want to feed it.
I’m vegan for 10 years now gf and soy free now I read about oils and corn and sugar but please this is really hard and I’m only 34 with hashi and high cholesterol , eczema, depression etc…

if your vitamin D and B deficient could it be from a gut problem

my stomach problems and and my vitamin D and B all improved 3 months after having vaginal mesh removed
also had to lower my thyroid meds
