Did you? You have babies now? 😀

    • Teresa Bellamy Reply

I have two older daughters that I had before I started having health issues. I started having symptoms somewhere in 2011 but wasn’t aware that anything was ‘wrong’ with me. I was able to have a healthy baby boy in 2012 with no complications whatsoever all the while not even knowing I had under active thyroid. So it is possible! Although for me after I had him my health started to drastically decline the end of that year. It was July of last year before I was finally able to get an accurate diagnoses after several tests over those years. During that time from 2012 until diagnosis I suffered from many many symptoms including infertility. I certainly wish I had this information back in 2012 but I am thankful to have the children I do have It’s been a long hard 4 almost 5 years still with many many issues. Now I just desire to have my optimum health back

When I found out I had high TPOs, my hair started coming out by handfuls. Doctors don’t seem concerned, but I would like to know why and be able to try and correct this. I was told it was because of my autoimmune problems.

  28. Vicki Mayo Reply

I would also love to hear more about diet, specifically about how often we should be eating, what ratio of veggies/fruits/protein and how they can help or hinder our progress. Also what other things besides food can cause an autoimmune attack (environmental) stimuli.
