Hey brad I just done a gluten test come back normal can some eat gluten with hasi
If it wasn’t cyrex Labs array number 3 that came back all negative then I wouldn’t consider eating gluten. Even if you did have cyrex Labs array number three done, if you have a low total immunoglobulin count than the test can come back false negative. Also if your total white blood cell count below 5 then you have a greater likelihood of the test coming back false negative. If you have eliminated gluten for a month or two can you could try a provocation test and reintroduce it into your diet and see how you feel.
It wasn’t the cyrex labs just some test my gp done. I’ll maybe try a bit of bread sometime and see what happens
Great! Thank you!
How do you cleanse from parasites
HI Kathy. Best approach is to identify the parasite and use antiparasitic medications and or herbs. Do you know what you are dealing with?

Noooo gluten for hashi’s!!! No way!
Ok this is very interesting to me. I have hashimotos and riedels thyroiditis. Had both for 10 years. Last year had open heart surgery because the riedels impeded ,y ascending aorta, i was a very lucky lady. I have stopped all sugar so no soft drink, juice, flavored milk, cordial. Ive cut out bread from eating it 7 days to maybe 2 times a week if I’m lucky. I eat plenty of fresh veg at least 4 times per week. I don’t eat mcdonalds, KFC, hungry jacks(Burger King). I have pizza once in a while and i have fish and chips once per month. I don’t eat potatoes, hardly any rice, no cakes, no biscuits. If i do its gluten free as it feels better in my tummy. I cant seem to cut out crisps though but am getting there. I have no processed breakfast cereals either. From the time i was diagnosed with riedels they tried to treat it with steroids so of course the weight piled on 30 kgs (20 stone or so). Since modifying my diet to the about i have lost about 10 kgs (8 stone). I take a heap of vitamins in conjunction with thyroxine daily and am feeling amazing so don’t give up you can adapt and be healthy. I still have a ways to go and work on my weight my health and my wellbeing daily. It’s a lifestyle change to live…
