I have read Grain Brain, Wheat Belly, Paleo Solution, etc. I have been Paleo for 1-1/2 years. I just finished a 6-wk fitness challenge. I am still having a very difficult time losing weight. I am 5’4″ and weigh 179. I did lose 9 lbs on the 6 wk fitness challenge but I worked extremely hard for that. I don’t know what else to do. I do supplementation daily with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, etc. Any additional ideas for me? Oh, an all my blood tests come back “normal” 🙁

They turned it into a frankengrain. Feed the world at a terrible cost. They looked at profits and not if it was safe to eat. It is not safe and should call it something else- not wheat. They have made good to be evil. Excellent topic Dr Shook please get the word out!

  42. Christy Biggs Powers Reply

It’s funny you mentioned kambucha. I started to drink it cause bone broth and all of the stuff I’ve been told to heal the gut, I react to. Well now I am reacting to the kambucha as well, I don’t understand why if it’s suppose to help heal. .

Dr Brad Shook how can we be 100% sure that when we purchase organic foods that they are truly organic? And organic farmers still use chemicals just different ones. Have you looked into the requirements to be an organic farmer? We have and we’re quite surprised
