You inspired me I’ve also been making kombucha too but my last batch got moldy. Does yours get a slime film on top. Is it from the scoby? Also do you use sugar? Thank you Alisha

Just started whole food plant base 18 days ago and feel great!
What about if your gut makes eating fruits and veggies difficult. The beginning of my most concerning symptoms became evident when I was eating salads, juicing and having high fruit, veggie, seed and protein diet. I’ve now cut seeds, and eat mostly carbs, take amazing probiotics and my gut feels mostly normal. It’s a double-edged sword.
