   Hi Amanda, Dr. Shook is in an infrared sauna. Exposing skin improves absorption of heat from the infrared panels.

    This is a ” sunlighten” infrared

    Finally got my dr to test my thyroglobulin it’s a 1 and my TPA <1 so I assume that's neg for Hashimoto's
