I talk about everything. I finally reached a point in my life that I know I can not be effectively helped if I’m not completely honest about everything.

What are your thoughts on the salt lamps? And the light they provide? Thinking of going that way for lights in my office.

What about iodine for hypothyroid and hashimoto.

Thank you for your services. These videos help so many. Doing the correct labs and nutrition are important. A traditional Endocrinologist doesn’t have the knowledge of a functional provider.

Another fantastic video full of so much great information! I wanted to mention that I actually have a blue light filter on my progressive glasses that helps a lot. They have a blue-like iridescent look to them which isn’t the most attractive, but they work. There are also blue light covers that are fairly inexpensive that can be put over fluorescent light tiles. As a teacher of special needs preschoolers with many sensory sensitivities, I have had them on every single ceiling light in my classroom for a few years now. I really like how it tones down the horrible brightness of the fluorescent lights. If people work in an environment where they have their own office space, you should consider getting light covers. Also, my husband has been using a sleep mask for years to block out light because I never liked being in the pitch black. I think I need to consider using a mask myself.
