Just Joined Conversation, but to your question, I would prefer to be coached, i.e. presented with the education and getting on a plan to resolve my health without other intervention, mostly now I am looking for quantifiable TESTING that shows where I’m at and how I’m progressing, I want PROOF all my efforts are making me healthier long term … also my main problem now, I want to go to functional doctor but they cannot order my Synthroid, I want a doctor who can do it all, nutrition, exercise, and needed meds, my MD doesn’t believe in functional path but I still need him bc I need MEDS, BUT I don’t have unlimited funds so I have to pick and choose
